The Bush administration and the their view of a non-civil war reminds me of the story about classic Major League umpire, Bill Klem. When the arbiter remained silent on a 3-2 pitch, the catcher finally asked, “Bill, is it a ball or a strike?” Klem growled,”It ain’t nothin’ til I call it.” So it is with Dick, W ‘n Don regarding the obvious civil war it Iraq.
