I used to think “Queen for a Day” was exploitive when it gave a ride around Beverly Hills in a solid gold Cadillac to women who couldn’t pay the electric bills and feed eight children because their husband were drunk, dying or dead.

This Smoking Gun story about ABC will nauseate the most cynical among us.
