In this framegrab image taken off from Channel Nine television, a lost humpback whale calf swims around a yacht in the Pittwater, north of Sydney Harbour Monday, Aug. 18, 2008. In this photograph of the vice-president during a trip to Kenya, we see the confused hyena cub who chose to bond with Dick Cheney. Unfortunately for the cub, it began to chew on the Winchester ‘73 which always accompanied the vice-president overseas. Mr. Cheney turned from his host, saw that the playful cub had left teeth marks on the weapon and proceded to use the butt of the rifle to beat the innocent creature to death.
