Let’s hope the Western nations don’t decide to follow that lead each time a term of derision is used by a radical Muslim or an effigy of Uncle Sam burned. Without references to the West as infidels, dogs, pigs, whores, Great Satans and the like, the rads would lose a good portion of their active vocabulary and there would be a glut of matches and Bic lighters.
