Do we really want him?

Then again, maybe Ricky Santorum will run against him to protect society from men marrying their schnauzers.

FOR the last month, news media attention was focused on Pennsylvania and its Democratic primary. Given the gargantuan effort, what did we learn?
Well, the rancor of the campaign was covered. The amount of money spent was covered. But in Pennsylvania, as in the rest […]

I love this. Roger Ailes could not have scripted a better way to hurt Democrats than Hill ‘n O did last night on CNN–FOX NEWS II.

“Punxsutawney Phil predicts early spring
Fri Feb 2, 7:34 AM ET
A new pair of hands pulled him from his stump this year, so it was only fitting that Punxsutawney Phil offered a new prediction.
The groundhog did not see his shadow Friday which, according to German folklore, means folks can expect an early spring instead of six […]

Sunday: “Why I oughta…”
Wednesday: “Anything you say, Mr. President. Should I squeak louder?”
On any given Sunday morning interview program, Senator Specter (R-PA) appears like this to growl at the White House about topics which boil his blood.

Yet, by Wednesday he transforms into Aunt Bee with a severe agoraphobia affliction.

Shall we try to guess the lame jokes this event will spawn?

“…now why would someone do that?”

After the Steelers’ 2 and 5 start, they probably wanted their money back

Extra ketchup?

They must have known they were in a pickle when they heard the sirens.

These two won’t relish the next several weeks.

Thank youse, thank […]

“Editorial: Murtha’s mind / Congress’s defense expert tells the truth on Iraq
Friday, August 04, 2006
Rep. John Murtha is a person who knows Washington, the military and America — and who, at 74, after 32 years in Congress, is prepared to speak out on these subjects, no matter what the political cost.”
Please find the editorial here. […]

The Swift Boaters have a lot for which to be proud. They are two-year locusts who act like an angry high school girl clique which gets off by spreading vicious rumors. So far, their only accomplishment post-bellum is appealing to like-minded jerks who voted for the dumbest and most dangerous president to stumble down the pike. I didn’t use ‘re-elect’ for two reasons–Jeb ‘n Kathy’s Florida and Blackwell’s Ohio. Why don’t you guys re-finish your basements or take your wives out for dinner? Murtha sticks up for the troops while you bray and sputter.

By SANDRA K. REABUCK

— The “Swift Boat” veterans who grabbed national headlines in 2004 when they attacked John Kerry in his failed presidential bid now are turning their sights to Johnstown.
Their target is U.S. Rep. John Murtha, a critic of the Iraq war and a de facto spokesman on the […]
